Haul
I am trying hard to slow down on the haul in preparation for the Stitch from Stash challenge in 2017. This week I bought thread for Henry VIII and European Landmark Buildings and then I purchased the Winter Sampler kit by Janlynn. There are four seasonal kits in the set and it is my plan to do all of them. My friend Denita and I have decided to do a SAL to stitch all four and we will start next year. We are going to set up a facebook group for these and would love for all of you to join us. As soon as the group is set up, I will post a link but I wanted to go ahead and tell you about it so you could start planning and purchase one of them before the new year.

ReplyDeleteOMGoodness, what a lovely design. I can't wait to see your progress on this one. :) I kind of like the idea buying a lot of stuff to build up your stash and then only being able to work from said stash. I might have to do this with my yarn stash, too. :) Happy Stitching. :)
ReplyDeleteFor the past year, I have really worked on kitting up things so that I could have a good amount to work on. I know that I went overboard and now it is time to stop and use it all. You should join the group and stitch one of the pieces with us!
