Weekly Stitching

Good Monday Morning! I hope everyone had a great weekend.

I started this project last Wednesday and was a quick, fun stitch. I finished the stitching last night and will still need to do the final finishing of making it into an ornament. But I loved stitching on it and can't wait to hang on my tree this year.

Sampler Ornament by The Posy Collection

I went to Etsy on Friday to the Born To Cross shop as I was planning on purchasing a pdf pattern of Manhattan. However, as I looked around at all the cross stitch patterns the seller had, I saw one that was London. Now, I have to tell you all that I am crazy about England, especially London. So, I had to purchase London and put Manhattan back on the wish list for next time. I am attracted to large projects and this one is, well, quite large and I have no clue when I will ever get it finished. But I started it yesterday.

This is my start.

This is what it will look like when finished.

I hope you all have a great stitchy week and I would love to hear about what you are working on.

  3. Congratulations on your sampler ornament finish! Where did you get the chart if you don't mind me asking? You are off to a good start on the London piece.

At the moment, I am working on small woodland animals by The Prairie Schooler. Enjoy the rest of your week, Laura!
